Available Texas Based Consultants - Notes and Rules of Engagement
1. These are experienced people, all US Citizens based in Texas, who have let me know that they are available as of May 14, 2009, and looking for area work.
2. This does not represent all available consultants we are working with, so let me know if there are skill sets you are looking for. We also have a strong national network.
3. We do not officially represent them until they have agreed to be submitted to a client project.
4. We will not engage a consultant on a contract until our screening, interviewing, and reference checking process is complete.
5. Rates presented are consultants pay rate, then Byrd Pros rate. Standard markup is $15/hour. Standard Direct Hire fee is 15%
6. Rates will vary (markup will not) and will likely trend downward once negotiations are completed.
7. We use an auction type model, meaning we let consultants know what other candidates rates are so they can adjust from there.
