1. These are independent consultants, all US Citizens based in the
Atlanta area, who have let me
know that they are available as of March 20, 2009, and looking for Atlanta area work. |

2. This does not represent all available consultants we are working
with, so let me know if there are skill sets you are looking for. We
also have a strong national network. |
|
3. We do not officially represent them until they have agreed to be
submitted to a client project. |
|
4. We will not engage a consultant on a contract until our screening,
interviewing, and reference checking process is complete. |
|
5. Rates presented are consultants pay rate, then Byrd Pros rate.
Standard markup is $15/hour. Standard Direct Hire fee is 15% |
|
6. Rates will vary (markup will not) and will likely trend downward
once negotiations are completed. |
|
7. We use an auction type model, meaning we let consultants know what
other candidates rates are so they can adjust from there. |
|
