A note on "Interviewing, Screening, and Reference checking":The very best way for us to ensure a quality match is through painting a full picture of the candidate. This includes detailed reference checking. We ask the consultant to provide us a minimum of 4 references - at least 1 from each of their past 4 projects. These references are designed to verify the consultant's experience, capability, project duration, ability to work with a team, and reliability. You should expect a partner that will add value to your team by providing excellent resources at reasonable rates but will never compromise on quality or waste your time! What does it mean that we "add value to your team"?There are literally thousands of companies competing for your business. Unfortunately, the marketplace has been filled with a body shop mentality. This wastes your time. We add value by thoroughly understanding your needs from the moment you call us with a requirement. This means taking a few extra minutes to understand the role of the consultant, your current setup, the goal of the project, and your budget capabilities, among other things. These few extra minutes can save hours later in the process. Many companies will take your requirement and then flood you with resumes - spending only a few seconds with candidates. It is not your job to go through 10 resumes and tell the company which 3 you would like to interview. That wastes your time. We look at our job as thoroughly screening many consultants to come up with the 2-3 that best fit your project and your budget. We respect your time, understand your project, and try to help you meet your goals (not satisfy our own) - that is how we add value to your team.
