    PeopleSoft Support, Maintenance for Upgrade from 7.5 to 8.16 / 8.16 to 8.8 project.

    As a key member of Team involved in HRMS with HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration and Self Service modules Maintenance, Data Conversion, Customization and Major Upgrade from 7.5 to 8.16 and 8.16 to 8.8. Worked extensively on Data conversion programs to convert data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft tables using SQR, Import Manager, FileLayout, and Application Engine.

    Role:

    • Involved in converting customized panels into pages and panel groups into components.
    • Involved in creating permission lists, users, roles and assigned roles to users (Maintain Security).
    • Designed and developed several new SQR Reports in PeopleSoft HRMS 7.5 to 8.x and edited several reports in 8.x.
    • Involved in creating Application Engine programs and FileLayout definitions such as writing data to a file, reading from flat file by adding new Sections, Steps and Actions.

    Role:

    Involved in HRMS Conversions and Customizations of training modules. Worked extensively on Data conversion programs to convert data from independent PeopleSoft Systems to Global PeopleSoft Systems using SQR, Data Mover, and Application Engine. Involved in creating data mapping documents. Involved in the design strategy and implementation of loading the data from Legacy PeopleSoft System. Written DMS scripts for data conversion using data mover. Developed queries as per the requirements and provided support and knowledge transfer to functional Team.
